Are you still doing Lindora? I started 15 days ago & have lost 7.1 pounds. I asked about your question above and it is because with Lindora you only subtract the fiber from the carbs with their products, all others you have to count ALL the carbs not net.

Awesome job so far!!!!! I saw the documentary as well & it also really inspired me! Day 4 for me & hubby!! I feel amazing!
