I have high protein because I lift heavy. I've always tried to eat my protein in grams relevant to my weight and this has worked for me in past so I don't want to lower my protein levels.

I mainly asked because I was unsure of the difference. I assume an online trainer puts s specific plan together for you and is there to support you. It was an idea I wanted to explore since commercial gym trainer just seemed inexperienced to me plus the push of products :/ just wasn't my thing!

I agree with you. I'm definitely measuring losses as well.. but I don't think any 5'1" person is healthy at 175lbs, I'm looking to just get down to highest portion of a healthy BMI. Nothing drastic. Thank you guys for your suggestion! This is dumb but I seriously didn't think about it. I think the best idea is to get an actual Alarm and put it in my bathroom (This is the furthest away spot in my room). Right now using my phone for alarm and I put it right under my head .. lol too easy to hit snooze and go right back…
