Macros: High Fat / low carb

What scale to buy?
I've been eating at a deficit, weighing my food and exercising 4-5x a week for 6 weeks now and have not lost any weight. I'm 5'1", and I weigh 175, my goal weight is 130. Is the cost of a personal trainer worth it? I live on a tight budget and was weighing the cons and pros of a personal trainer. If you had/have one, was it worth it? Is having an "online trainer" the same ?

Start weight lifting now or wait?
