as a breast cancer survivor, i can't stress enough how important it is to have regular check ups!

just started taking classes around 2004. had to take a break for about a year (had breast cancer), but after reconstruction, i got right back in. you can do a search for belly dance instructors in your area. give one or two a call that interest you and see if their schedule fits with yours and give it a try!

i'm baaaaaack!

Wonderful news!

will keep you in my thoughts for when you have your biopsy, Michele and, in answer to a question you asked earlier, yes, that's a bellydance costume. i've been dancing since around 2005. i love it and would recommend it to anyone with any body shape.

michelle, hoping all goes well with your biopsy. having had good and bad biopsies, i understand any nervousness you may be feeling about it.

perhaps it's just my personality, but the people i work with and my friends know i'm NOT being sarcastic when i respond with: "naw, it's not too hard, really. it's just a little discipline." then i'll lighten it up by adding "well...actually, it's a lot of discipline." and smile.

i work for a local tv station in orlando. we were "wall to wall" with the Casey Anthony trial coverage. i honestly believe that if the jury had heard some of the things they weren't allowed to hear (ie: those many times they were escorted out of the courtroom so the lawyers could debate something), they would have found…

after breast cancer, an implant was the option we were going to go. unfortunately, i busted the expander, so we went a differrent route. a friend of mine had breast implants and they look very natural and really helped her a lot. she is a belly dancer, so it helped with her self image, a lot. personally, i would only get…

hi, all... enjoying reading all your posts. for those who had questions about my migraines....i used to have visible auras (bending of light in my vision), but those went away when i removed wheat from my diet. actually, a lot of bad things went away when i did that. recently tho, the migraines are presenting themselves…
