Not sure what you mean by "Baseline". I started out at 230 lbs. January 2010. My major daily exercise is treadmill - I've worked myself up to 80 - 90 minutes a day at relativly low intensity 800 - 1000 calories according to the Nordic Track computer. Your progress says that you lost 5 lbs. - that is almost a pound a week, that's not bad if you ask me. You shouldn't feel sick though maybe you should check in with your doctor and see what he/she thinks just to be safe.

I've noticed this for years when walking outside. Funny thing is... it is much less noticable using the treadmill inside.

When I discoverred I was lactose intolerant I found I coule reduce the effects by avoiding dairy products containing lactose. I replaced regular milk with lactose-free milk and keep some of Lactaid enzyme supplement tablets with me incase I want to eat something prepaired with lactose containing dairy products. This works…
