I do lots of things that I know are wrong, but my two biggest ones are: 1 - Drinking beer (not gonna change) and 2 - The constant gaining and losing lbs (lost 10 gain 10). It's a disaster. I believe that beer causes an immediate stall or worse, a weight gain for me. One or two a week are fine, but if I let that slip back in to my life as a habit when I'm socializing, I'll see a gains within the month. I have the same watch and I base my calories burned off the watch as that's based off your actual heart rate, weight, age, etc. Just make sure you set it up correctly. MFP and RunKeeper just use averages based on the activity and time spent doing the activity.
