St. Pete Beach Classic
Is anyone in this group doing any of the races next weekend for the St. Pete Beach Classic? They have a 5k, 10k, a sunset beach fun run, and a kids dash. I haven't ran since last June due to a torn ACL in July (new ACL in Sept), so this will be my first run/walk since my injury.

Permission Issues - Random Check In
So, I was trying to do my random check in and everything I click on a link in the forum, it sends me to a page that says I "don't have permissions to do that." Weird. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, I guess you won't be able to respond to my thread. LOL! BTW - I loved the last two shows! Great job Carol and JT!

Using A Ketonix - Question
I received my Ketonix four days ago and so far every reading that I get (from fasted in the morning to right before bed) shows that I'm green. Green = light ketone burning. My question: Is it better to be in yellow or red (burning more ketones) or am I good to go as long as it shows that I'm burning ketones?
