  • Things could be worse. I lost about 60 lbs last year, and, as a result, went down 2 cup sizes and 1.5 shoe sizes. I was ok with the shoe size. But the cup size? That was more than a little disappointing. Hopefully this time it will come off my big ol' hips and thighs instead.
