second time I do weight loss

Hi I am fer, I did a weight loss program about two yrs ago went from 235 to 188. Now I am sadly at 210, but my goal is to loose 1 lb a week until I get to 160s, wish me luck and good luck to u all

Good Luck Fer! I started out with one pound a week, but I do better with the calories they allot for two a week.

Hi Fer! Good luck to you! I'm also starting again for the second time. If we did it once successfully, we can do it again!
I know for me, it's a matter of consistency in working out, even if it's only 15 minutes a day. Just don't get overwhelmed and don't beat yourself up too much. Your slow and steady approach will work great! I'm aiming for 1lb a week, too. And if I happen to lose more...AWESOME! :happy: Again, good luck!

good luck you will do it this is a great site i have lost 30 pounds so far and i have kept it off doing 1 pound a week as well0
