I have a fitbit zip, is that ok to keep track of my calories? I wear from the time I get up to when I go to bed. A HRM would only be worn during the workout, right? Or is there a HRM that is made for wearing all of the time? Thanks for the help!

I am only exercising my legs because that's what I did in PT for a sports injury (it's healed, I have just kept sticking to the program). I want to strengthen my entire body and was wondering what everybody else did.

I use the Fitbit Zip and I absolutely love it. You can clip it absolutely anywhere or just stick it in your pocket. I used to have the NikeFuelband but it broke and I got tired of having it on my wrist looking out of place.
