Help with Gym Exercise Plan

Hi, I was wondering what is a good workout routine for the gym. I don't want to become super muscular, nothing like that, just toned. Whenever I go to the gym this is my workout routine:
2 mile bike ride warm up (transportation)
hack squat machine-3 sets of 15 w/50 lbs total
hip flexor machine (pulling out and in) 3 sets of 15, 50 lbs total
seated calf raise 3 sets of 10, 20 lbs total
quad raise 3 sets of 15, 40 lbs
(sometimes the reverse of the quad raise, 3 sets of 15 40 lbs)
squad machine with resistance cords (have no idea what it is called, can't find it anywhere on the internet) 3 sets of 15, 70-80 lbs
kneel on a balance ball and throw 6 lb medicine ball
sometimes I also ride stationary bike on level 5-8 for 10 minutes, or hop on the elliptical for 10 minutes
This is what I do every time at the gym. I haven't gone to the gym for a little while and want to start right when I do go back. I want to get maximum results as fast as I can (who doesn't lol). Any recommendations?
Thanks for the input

Is there some specific reason you are only exercising your legs and nothing else?
What is the goal you have in mind? Lose weight, get more muscle at your legs, something else?0 -
Ok, forget it, just saw your diary. If someone has given you the advice to starve yourself, ignore this person and stop doing what you are doing, you will end up with permanent health issues. If you feel you need to eat that little, please talk to someone, parents, teachers, counsellor. I do not know how much you weigh, but even if it is 700 lbs, this is not the way to get in shape, this is destroying your body and the damage you are doing, it will not be easy to undo later. Do not even think about the gym, unless you double your daily calories.0

Once you are eating check out stronglifts 5 x5 or new rules of lifting for women to start with.0 -
I am only exercising my legs because that's what I did in PT for a sports injury (it's healed, I have just kept sticking to the program). I want to strengthen my entire body and was wondering what everybody else did.0

Ok, I had a look at your food diary. It's is very inconstant. You've gone from 1.400 goal to 500 then to 800. But what you eat always varies some 600 some 2000. Is there a reason for this? I think you need to be more stable on your calories if you are going to do Ny lifting! Your body needs nutrition to repair the muscles to achieve the tone look you desire.
I can't help you much for exercise routines I'm sorry, I go to classes, I love classes! Kick, weights, core and aerobic classes.if you have classes u suggest them. On my gym floor days I tend todo some cardio and then will do some of the weight exercises I learn in class. And burpees!0
