Best Sugar Substitutes for Baking?
Anyone have suggestions for sugar substitutions when baking? I heard of one called Xylitol but it's kind of expensive and I don't know if they will have it at the local grocery store. Would stevia do the same thing? Any others that you like?

Question about TDEE and BMR?
How do I incorporate all of this into my eating plan? I calculated my TDEE and BMR with no exercise. My TDEE is 1737 and my BMR is 1457. If the BMI is needed also, it's 19.9. How do I know how many calories I should eat a day based on all of this? Thanks
