I just started using the C25K app for iPhone and I am so excited! I was never a runner but always wanted to be one. Any advice or experiences on running? Would love to hear!

I just completed week 5 day 2 and I've surprised myself w/my progress....I'd say STICK WITH IT AND START SLOW !!0
