Thought that I'd ask a random question...How often do you have peanut butter? Plain on a spoon, on a sandwich, how do you eat it?

I'll have pb once a week, not a hugh fan!
But, I'll put it on my pancakes or bake pb cookies0 -
Few times a week when I need more calories, usually just by itself.0

Whenever I can get my hands on it!! Usually 1-3 tablespoons per day, in the morning on toast, before the gym either by itself or on a cracker and usually before bed on a rice cake. Always gotta leave room for PB!!0

I love peanut butter but I don't eat it all that often...maybe twice a month. Usually a PB&J or in a recipe (no-bake protein bites).
I used to like PB on a spoon but now I usually choose TJ's cocoa & cookie butter swirl instead ;-)0 -

I love Jiff Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter! I eat it with an apple at night for my snack about 3 times a week. :happy:0

OMG I MISSSSS peanut butter!!! I used to eat it all the time on sundaes, sandwiches, toast, the spoon, my peanut butter cups, reeces pieces!! (yep that's when I was out of control!!) Now I'm lucky if I have it once a month, 1 Tablespoon in my Oatmeal as a treat! I may have the occasional almond butter with organic jam on wheat, now that's good stuff!!0

Peanut butter is my guilty pleasure. Occasionally I'll have a spoonful. This may sound weird, but it tastes great with jelly on waffles. P.s. my favorite is crunchy xD0

I usually have 2-4 tablespoon servings every other day with apples or on a PB & J with only one slice of bread.0

I eat natural peanut butter almost every day. Sometimes on low-cal, multigrain flat bread with bananas (had that for lunch today) or with apples, and even right out of the jar on a spoon! I love peanut butter and I try my hardest not to indulge too much!0

On average , once every 2-3 days , sometimes I only have half a serving though. A few months ago I went through a phase where I had it almost everyday at breakfast. If I have it , it's always on a whole wheat or whole grain piece of toast.0

I eat a tablespoon a day on a whole grain flat bread with a tiny bit of jelly.. I love peanut butter but hate all the calories so I cut it in half0

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh One thing I don´t like about my diet is that peanut butter doesn´t fit into my calories most of the time. It makes me almost cry :sad: I have a peanut butter jar next to my bed.... Sometimes I eat... just a little little itzy bitzy bit... for the taste...

I have peanut butter toast every Sunday morning with breakfast before my ride and usually a peanut butter sandwich afterwards. I also eat tons of almonds...pretty much every day I eat almonds.0
