How to relieve leg pain after workout! Help!

I worked out yesterday and boy are my hamstrings hurting. My legs are so tight that I can't sit down in a chair and lift them straight without pain, that's how tight they are. Does anybody have any ideas on how to help them recover and loosen up? I have been stretching all of the time, but it still doesn't seem to be helping.

How about a foam roller? You can find exercises on the internet.0

You're going to hate this idea, but go for a walk. Afterward, a warm bath with Epsom salt.
Yep, go do that funny-looking John Wayne walk around the block.0 -
I vote for the Epsom salt bath. :drinker:0
