I can't think of anything I don't normally eat on a regular basis. Maybe something super expensive. Like a meal out at a fancy restaurant, steak or seafood, oysters, or very fine wine or Champagne

Welcome and congrats! I lost weight each of 3x while I breastfed, but I took it really slow and steady (and only after my milk was established) I would eat at maintenance and let breastfeeding create the deficit. See how that goes. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and fueling yourself.

I would say to avoid eating in a surplus, and focusing on more strength (lower reps) vs hypertrophy will probably your best bet. Also eating in a tiny deficit where it's more about muscle retention vs building. Alternatively you can eat at maintenance, however, if you are lifting and progressing chances are you will still…

Yes. I don't find men actually attractive unless I feel a strong mental connection with them. Sure there are actors that are aesthetically pleasing but I find them to be on the same level of attraction as say a nice mountain range or car.
