Hi all my name is Beth, I'm 26 from the UK.

My little boy is 4 months old and I'm starting on my weightloss and fitness journey.

Would like to make friends and encourage everyone on their journeys as well xx

    I'm also in the UK but at the other end of the age spectrum, my first grandchild is 4 months old! :smiley:

    Welcome!!! I know there are several other mom's that have posted recently about losing baby weight. My youngest is 7...so I can't really use him as a scapegoat anymore!!
