That's because it's not. It's a good quick set to help get your blood pumping, but it doesn't burn 100 calories.

Pft, I consume that on a regular basis and it doesn't "cleanse" me. For once, you are wrong. Water is the closest you can get to a "cleanse" but I don't understand why you would want to.

321 before taking exercise into account, kinda happy because it's a nice number.

216 so far, but I still have dinner. This is pre-work out too, and no solids. Yay for IF in preperation for the work Christmas party tomorrow.

As all of the above, you can't spot reduce. However, no matter how much weight I lose, my breasts stay pretty much the same size (I've bounced between a 10E and 8F for the last three years). Don't stress, and remember, healthy is sexy.
