  • I just had a knee surgery at the end of June. I really enjoy the exercises geared to getting my knee in shape after the surgery. How ever I want to calculate calories being burned. Any ideas. I do my exercise in the morning everyday even when therapist isn't there. However, in the afternoon I do my standing and sitting…
  • Ok, I now have gone from size 24 pants to 22. I can fit into elastic waist size 20 but are snug.

  • I hope to stop my bp meds if possible by the time I am done. I tell myself it is not a diet, it is changing my eating habits. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT TOO!:flowerforyou:
  • I started something today and I hope this might help. I started using 7 inch plate. I place measured food on my plate, I also fix my mom and husband plate so I am not tempted to eat what is left on the table. When finish I store the left over for another day either in the frig or in freezer. Hope this helps.
  • Well, I heard from the doctor on my exrays and blood work. Blood work was normal but xray shows arthritis. At least there is nothing brokern.
  • Thank you for the support. I still do not have my exray results back, but I was able to do lite exercise in the pool yesterday. So I guess it is better than nothing at all.:smooched:

  • I haven't had any oily stools as of yet. However, I am also being careful about the fat i eating as when I research Alli it state the side effects. Thanks for all the responses.
