I totally understand. I've told some people to kind of hold me accountable. But, if I dont make it I dont want everyone in my life to know that I tired another diet/exercise routine that didn't take! I hear ya! And it sounds like a lot of us are in the same boat. :happy:

I totally agree! I almost dont want to reach my goal because I don't know what to do afterwards! And I'd always be paranoid I'd gain it all back. I like the idea of signing up for something like martial arts... Maybe I'll look into Kickboxing. :)

Definatly make sure you're eating well rounded. Lots of protein like they said. I take B-Complex and Vit. D and E....along with lots of water through the day I have enough energy to make it through. However, they days with less sleep or no excerise are REALLY hard to get through. Balance is key! Good luck!

Yes! I agree, that I too much! I only had 1.5 weights at my house and I started with those. (I really have no muscles). But that was good for the first few days, to ease myself in. After I knew i got do more i started using 5lb weights. It was more challenaging but worth it.
