    I am going to stop talking about working on my bathroom and get them done, painted, polished, then shopping for new accessories :P

    I will continue to stay away from smoking... 12 days some days worse than others... But I am doing it

    Start my evening work outs in addition to my morning runs

    This weeks challenge: I will stop makign excuses for everything that needs to get organized and finished.
    I will make a list and do at least 3 things a day on it towards getting my house/life organized. :)

    I am going to start exercising 60 minutes a day instead of 30 minutes.
    I know I will see better results.

    My new thing to start this week is learning how to say NO to certain foods when they are in front of me !

    thanks for the chart but you didnt put my weight loss in :sad:
    Im pretty sure I came and posted it on here (and if not I am very sorry) I am now at 137 I finally lost 1lb oafter staying the same for 3 weeks!

    I am going to start drinking 8 glasses of water per day and try to do insanity workouts at least a few times a week.

    okay, I'm excited to start this.

    Current weight: 193lbs
    Previous weight: 200lbs
    Goal weight (6/9/2011): 180lbs

    I'll post again on Saturday when I do my weigh in's to make it in for next week!

    Stop: I will stop snacking while cooking dinner.
    Start: I will start drinking water and munching on fruits and veggies when I'm feeling snackie.

    I will start cleaning the kitchen every night right after dinner.

    I will stop starting my day with sabotage by hitting snooze every morning until it's too late to exercise.
