Sorry, not being mean, I just don't want your info to get lost in the shuffle.:tongue: Our group is just too big to keep on one thread, but some continue to post on the old ones so PLEASE...do not post on any prior threads. :happy:

For anyone who is joining us...WELCOME!!!!

If you would like to join the group please post your CURRENT WEIGHT and your GOAL WEIGHT for 6/9/11. You are welcome to include any other information, but for tracking reasons, it is important for me to have your current weight (as of the time you started this challenge and your goal weight for 6/9/11).

Please check this thread often for weekly challenges, daily questions, motivation, support, and discussion. You are not required to keep up with the discussion. However, you *must* post your weight during our weigh-in window in order to stay in the group. Our weigh-in windows are from Thursday morning until Sunday midnight. I'll post the new chart on a NEW THREAD every Monday evening. You can post your weight as often as you would like, but if I don't have it posted by the time I post charts...boo hoo for you-hoo. :sad: You are always welcome in the group, just keep up with it. With 200+ members I can't send you a message every time you missed a weigh-in.

    Thanks for the new CHART!! and all your hard work! I can't get over the number of people who didn't weigh in! Especially with a 4 day window!!

    I liked seeing the 21lbs to go on mine... That doesn't seem so bad!

    Goal for this week is to not die doing level 2 of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30! Week 1 done, phfew!
    Other than that to keep eating as clean as possible, and not let one slip up, cause a landslide!
