Lost the TOM weight from last week, so I'm even to a couple of weeks ago. Tough week -- I've been cleaning instead of exercising to get ready for company tomorrow. The house looks great, but I'm back up 2% on bodyfat. I didn't realize that I could lose muscle that quickly!

Hooray...Hoorah!!! I'm down to 138.8 lbs! (2.8 lbs away from pre-baby weight) I'm still keeping the 140 for the week because I wasn't at 138.8 on Thursday but if all goes according to plan, I'll be less that 138 on our next weigh-in.
Keep up the great work everyone!! You are AMAZING!!!!!
FYI charts will be posted earlier than usual on Monday (stragglers be warned). I'm on Spring Break so I won't have to wait till I get off of work to get them posted.0 -

They took out the digital scale in my gym so I went and bought a cheep scale at target. It only measures in .5 increments. So who knows if this is accurate or not. Its a loss though so I'll take it!

I really changed up my workout routine this week and I think it really helped. Keeping it up next week too so we'll see if I'll see the big change again or not. Here's hoping!

4/14 : 188 :grumble: A little disapointed as I've stayed just under my kcals all week so have earnt a loss. Am only just under each day so my body won't have gone into fat-saving mode. Can only put it down to my body adjusting to my new eating habits. My goal for next week is another maintain as I am on holiday and it isn't realistic to expect a loss although I will try to make healthy choices
4/24: 190.2 - Just back from a lovely week in Yorkshire with fantastic weather and lots of tea shops. Despite the gain, I didn’t overeat, but did have more sugar and fat over the week than would be good over a prolonged time. Back on track today though and looking forward to getting rid of that 2lb again.

no change again this week, thats 4 weeks in a row my weight stayed the same from beginning date. Never even had an intial weight loss to speak of that most people do which is water weight really, my very first week I started ToM that week and so think the 4 lbs is just from that alone that I lost and no weight loss actually at all in a month. I keep calories under all but one day in the entire time and worked out every day. I am getting worried.0 -
