I was sure I wasn't going to lose weight this week but I did. Weigh-in today....235.5. I lost 44.5 pounds since I started in January 2011 and 11 pounds since this challenge started! Yay!:happy: As for the exercise, not so good, :grumble: I haven't done any this week, I just can't get motivated to get up and exercise. It just doesn't interest me at all. You would think with losing 44.5 pounds I would have more energy but I don't. I am always so tired.:yawn: I know exercising would give me energy but to get up and do it, is totally a different story.

Weigh in today... 211 lbs. Down 3 from last week ) I'm thrilled, since having laparascopic surgery a week ago I haven't been able to exercise at all and my eating has been haphazard, altho I still don't have much appetite. I know that I will really have to disciplined to lose again next week.
