    I think I shocked my metabolism over the past week from celebrating my son's 1st birthday (cake, eating at different times, overall indulging) because I lost a couple of pounds! and now I am back on track. Everytime that I have a small derailing day, it gets easier and easier to return to my regular routine because if anything, I miss the healthy feeling and the energy that comes with it. That's a really good sign :)

    Great job everyone! I am really working hard this week. It's spring break here which means I have time to get into the gym before child care closes...I don't have ot worry about the boys getting homework done! I am proud of yesterday, bought a HRM and hit the gym. I burned 759 calories in about 75 minutes. I am so motivated now!!!!! Thanks for doing this challenge newmeat30!

    The chart looks great as always! My goal this week is to simply NOT GAIN while I move from Minnesota to Florida & spend 3 entire days in the car. Exercise will be hard to come by unless the hotels happen to have a gym or pool in which case I would try to get in at least 30 minutes! Keep up the hard work everyone! :flowerforyou:

    Great job everyone!

    I'm looking at my goal and I think I set it too high but I'll do my best to get there in the next 7 weeks. Home today with the kiddos and looking forward to a nice relaxing day. Hoping to get a run in while they are down for a nap or at least a workout/shred with Jillian. We'll see.

    I have never done anything like this before and I need some motivation. I hope I can join.

    I have been trying to find a group. Yours seems like the most organized and easy to follow. I am glad you have done so much work. It really helps us out here struggling.

    I will add you as a friend and check each week to post my numbers.

    You use it to "bump" a thread back up towards the top of the feed. But also, just by posting on the thread, it will then be in your "my topics" tab, so it is easy to find later.

    So Newmeat30 said anyone can post a question of the day. So here is mine.

    What is your workout routine?

    Currently I try to do

    Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday- 45 min elliptical
    Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6wk6pack Jillian DVD
    Saturday's I Also try and take a yoga class.
