Ugh... looks like only elliptical for me. Went to the doctor today, and I have "jumper's knee". Recovery is in terms of months, rather than weeks. No running, treadmill, etc.

Whatever works for you! I'm planning on doing MONDAY, WEDNESDAY , FRIDAY and SUNDAY to hold myself accountable.

OK I will try this again. I ran 4 miles on Monday and 5 miles today (Tuesday).

I know it' s a lot of new info flying around but everyone seems to be getting it! It's basically like every other challenge we've done so far except you're only keeping track of YOUR miles and adding them to YOUR TEAM.
I guess I'll check it today as well. What-the-hay.

I just ran 5 mile today and didn’t even realize it. My run partner was with me for the first 3 and kept counting for me. That’s the farthest I have ever run!0
