    Well, a little over a lb is still good. lol gaining weight from my 30ds in muscle, but even only 1lb down my inches are dropping with it! WAY TO GO GUYS for the efforts so far!

    HI, I think we should put the month in the topic title. There are multiple topics like this now given both the March and April challenges and it is hard to tell which one to use. If we keep doing this in later months, it will be much worse.

    Thanks for starting and maintaining these challenges Pink Princess - they are helping me a lot to stay on track.

    Looks like we had the same week (I gained 2 lbs too.) ! Don't give up - I am trying to learn from what didn't work last week and do better next week. Hang in there!

    I had managed to get down to 166 on wednesday, but i went out on wed night.I did watch what i ate, but as i tried to make up for it and walked over 6 miles yesterday my knee went , (it does this a few times a year.) So i am also holding a a bit more fluid :S. Oh well hopefully next weeks total will be 2 pounds down plus the fluid away so will be at 164 (hopefully)

    I am in. I am not the best at posting but my normal weigh in day is on Friday's so this should help.

    Ideally, I would like to lose between 1-2lbs a week. Now, that I can start exercising again, I am looking forward to faster results.

    Goal Weight for May 1: 232 lbs
    April 1 Starting Weight: 242 lbs..

    April 8: 242 lbs- bummed that I did not lose any weight this week. This will be a busy weekend for me so hopefully that will take the place of a workout. Interesting thing about weighing in this morning- started at 243 but an hour later it was down to 242. The scale at home showed a 1 pound loss but is also 10 pounds lighter than the scale at work.

    morning everyone
    so somehow Im another 1lb down :) I thought I would have gained this week as havent done many workouts this week and last weekend was pretty bad foodwise as stayed at mums for mothers day. Oh well happy days :) So I am now at 135lbs :)

    Hey guys, U have all done so fantastically well! Thank you for recording ur weigh in this week. We have 68 people this week. Within that 60 people we had a goal of exactly 500 pounds to loos this month and so far we have lost a total of......98.4!!! How actual amazing is that??? So we have 410.2 pounds still left to loose!!! The variation in the nubers is because some people had pound on a wee bitty this week - but im confident that will all be gone by next week - come on guys we have got this!!!
