Sorry for the delay. I got home on Friday night to discover my house had been robbed. Hard to update when you don't have a computer. That iMac was only 6 months old!

Just double checking my Friday weigh in. The chart says 134.6 instead of 131.6. Not sure if it is going to matter though because I'm back up to 134 today :explode:0 -

I havent lost anything so far and with one day to go, im a 1lb up :S. I just seem to have a barrier that i cant pass when it comes to whole lbs :S.
I had been hoping to lose a couple as last week 2 days before the weigh in i had been down at 11.12. Well their is little i can do with only one day, i seem to retain fluid like nothing else.
Also thank you pink princess for writing all that out - it helps as i dont need to trail through alot of posts to find my previous one.
On a side note, do any of you notice if you lose a lb if you stand on scales afte a bath or shower?
I have done it three times now (once from a bath , 2 x from a shower.) i thought i would put on weight due to my wet hair - that hold water like nothing else, but each time i have lost weight.0 -
I know tomorrow is the official weigh in day however I use the scale at work (hospital) and I am off tomorrow so today was my weigh in.

ok just out of the shower and it has done it again, im back at 12 exactly. I think from now on i will weigh myself midday after a shower, as i seem to be at the lowest weight then , for some unknown reason0

Not too bad for the weekend (actually 5 days) that I had last week. Working hard this week though.0 -
I think I'll need to change my start weight and my goal weight. Not sure what happened with my scale on the first week, but on the second week, I had gained 11 lbs. Now to gained that much in 7 days I would've had to eat like a pig, and I didn't. I went to weight myself on a doctors scale and my starting weight should be what it was the very first time I weighed myself...277 lbs and not 264 lbs. So here it goes:

Yahoo!!! Unbelievable, hardly any exercise this week because of family problems, and some comfort eating, like fish & chips last night and still managed to loose another 1 lb! 12.5 stone is just around the corner!!!
