Lost an incredible 5 lbs this week so I am absolutely ecstatic!!! I have now officially lost 4 Stone (yippee!!!)

woohoo 182 exactly! think thats 1.2 lbs down? Had such a bad week, specifically 2-3 days of waaay bad due to circumstances and such. But tried to keep it up the rest of the days. Just goes to show that it's ok to mess up here and there as long as you keep at it!

From the looks of it I wont hit my goal, but I'm building a bit of muscle and losing in inches so Perhaps I set it a little high for the exercise I do?0 -
