stayed the same this week at 134, im pretty happy if I am honest as I thought I had put weight on - think it must be bloating from TOM though!0

I think i stayed the same yesterday, i forgot to weigh myself :S. This morning im down a lb, but i think that is more due to eating only 1000 cals yesterday (not that i was looking to eat less, just was to busy to think)so im still at 11.12 (166lbs)
* seems quite a few of us have our tom at the same time, as i am on as well. And people find it a coincidence that your on at the same time living together0 -

WOW - guys we have done great!!!
We have 52 people still in the challenge!
Our total pounds to loose as a group from the beginning of the challenge was: 379.7
But so far we have lost............wait for it.......212.9!!!! Its so fantastic im so proud of each and every one of u! We have 183.1 still to go as a group - We can do this guys!! Come on!!!
I want to say a massive congrats to PolyTeine who has lost a massive 9.6 pounds in the challenge so far! Our biggest looser so far!
Our biggest loser this week was also PolyTeine loosing 6 pounds!! well done!! Who is it going to be next week??

Im not going to hit my goal weight for this month. So my new goal is to get to 169. I went on a vacation and gained 3# . So that didn't help. But im still proud of how much i have lost... vacations are hard. Back to the gym this week.

I am going to officially change my goals as well. My new goal weight will be 235 lbs. The knee injury slowed me down to much. This has been a great challenge and I am really enjoying it.0

Checking in because I won't be able to this weekend due to a very very busy schedule. Been MIA because of time constraints and unable to get my phone to work properly to get my food logged. I still made it down to 139 by this morning though! New job walking around a bunch and being kept busy is going to be great for me. Too bad they have cook-offs and bake-offs every weekend!!!! NOOOO bad for the diet!0
