I hate water ( I know I shouldn't) but for 1 year I was on medication which I had to take every day on a empty stomach with water and for the next hour I could not eat or drink anything except water. So now I associate that horrid tasting medicine with water so refrain from drinking it. But before that I liked water. Lol.

I don't have a cheat day but I do have a cheat MEAL. I used to have a cheat day but the guilt after was too much so now I have a cheat meal once a week.

Drink some water or eat some fruit before you have your burger, you will then be more full and probably eat 1 burger.

Also don't restrict yourself from anything, eat a cookie if you want and fit it into your calorie goal. I found that by restricting myself from one food made me want to eat unhealthy all day, I now eat chocolate , crisps, cake when I want but in small portions and in moderation.

Yes I was eating 1200 calories so not much of a difference. It has nothing to do with being hungry I just feel that 1400 would be something I could do in the long haul.
