I started to lose weight since November 25th 2013. I have lost 12 lbs since. In January I started taking the pill and could not weigh myself all month due to some symptoms I had consequently due to consuming the pill. I weighed myself yesterday and I am the weight that I was since January 1st. Therefore I have Increased my calorie goal to 1400, I feel that 1400 is a more suitable goal which I can stick to for the foreseeable future. Is this a good decision to take or not?

It probably is. A lot of people get cranky and hangry on just 1200 calories a day.0

Funnily enough I am quite full on 1200 calories I just feel that increasing my calories my a small amount will help me lose weight.0 -
I don't think mentally I'd cope well on 1200 a day, although some days I do come in around that and often I don't reach my 1440 calories per day. This amount for me is working though so I'm not changing it.
For me as this is going to be a life change I'd rather let myself have things like chocolate/crisps/cake within reason as if I said I was never eating them again I'd end up binging on them. I've actually gone from having crisps every day (sometimes twice a day) to having two packets a week and even then they are under 100 calories.0 -

Yes, when I first started to lose weight I used to refrain from eating crisps, chocolates and sweets however at the end of the day I used to end up binging on them. Now I allow myself 2 snacks a day ( 1 chocolate which is 90 calories and 1 crisp also 90 calories) and since doing this I've stopped wanting them. I went to town last week and it had been 1 week since I ate a Chocolate and when I consumed it, I didn't really like it and ended up not eating. I now prefer oranges and pineapples instead of 'junk' food.0
