yup, same boat... and face challenges that others that are small do not... like not being able to just go exercise but having to plan your day.. etc

Don't wear shoes... or wear shoes that don't bother that site... flip flops.. etc...

anything that is physical is exercise! when i clean I get warm... i sweat... i hurt... YES THAT IS EXERCISE! its listed on the database !

Jack links.... just cause its made by where I live :) but try making your own.. its expensive... but worth it.... Go to a local butcher, meat shoppe, or meat counter place and talk to them... if you dont have a dehydrator u can do it in the oven.... besides I like mine in big thin strips... instead of chunks :)

sounds like over active sweat glands.. its common in men... go to a derm and they will use botox... yes botox and it will slow/stop the sweating for up to 6 months most insurance will cover it as long as what do u have is over active sweat glands and prescriptions dont help

U can look online how to measure yourself... personally I measure WAY larger in the bra I actually wear.... when I wear th correct fitting bras the back rids up and or my breasts fall out the bottom...hard to explain... the best thing to do is try on bras... and good quality ones first... once u know what u like and what…

Make sure your taking a multi vitamin as well as glucosamine. It will take a few weeks to see results in the knees but it will be worth it, esp if you are feeling it now..
