    my favourite recipe is
    1 cup of mixed frozen berries/fruit ,
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tsp honey
  • I've been making one lately that's really good, but only if you can get past all the seeds from the berries. It does get nitty gritty towards the bottom- you could probably strain them out though.

1 cup of Bella Gardens Cherry Berry blend frozen fruit-70 cals
1 cup (8oz) of Simply Orange juice- 110 cals
1/2-1 cup of Dannon Light and Fit vanilla yogurt- 55-110 cals

It still ends up being btw 235-290 calories but it ends up being enough for almost 2 glasses full.

I made one this morning that tasted just like an Orange Julius:

    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 cup 2% Milk
1 Tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1/2 scoop EAS Vanilla Soy protein
    1/2 cup Sunny Delight Tangy
I mixed it all up in my blender bottle, and it was so good! It was really rich after adding the pudding mix, and it really felt like I was cheating. It had a total of 273 calories, 4 grams of fat, and 20 of protein.
