I also love healthy choices!! they are portioned well and have a carb, veggie and a protein... you dont even have to think!

I think a 15 min jog/run warm up is really good, you get the blood flowing and wake up your muscles. If you just go straight into lifting weights you could end up pulling something . you need the warm up or a good stretch before you do a work out.

I was spending day to day in sweat pants and tights after i dislocated my knee and had to wear a brace. when i put my jeans back on i couldnt do them back up. I was spending my pay check on lunchs out...wendy's mcdonalds..and i couldnt stop i wanted it everyday. fast food is like an addiction for me. So i have cut it out…
