Here is one that sounds easy but can take some time to work on. Try to drink alot of water. Cut out other drinks and focus on water! Add me if you would like!

Just lifting and toning. It's hard to get rid of... I know.

Start taking amino acids & glutamine. Do dynamic stretches to warm up and static stretches to cool down. The most important things in my opinion are diet... get that protein in--a good post workout shake, stretching for a good amount of time and taking a good supplement for recovery! Even then though- soreness happens...…

Love it! I recently stopped using it and switched to body by visalsus... BAD idea. Im getting back on it here soon. The products are pricey but helped me change alot. I love the prolessa duo and the mango aloe vera.

Hey Noah, Im not quite 17 anymore :( I just turned 23 but, I could always use more friends and the motivation helps. I feel like im still 17 and Im pretty active in sports and crossfit.
