For those that don't think scales are accurate, for three months I've gotten on that scale and it's almost exactly the same. Fitbit Aria is amazing. Regardless if it gives the right bf overall it will accurately decrease or increase it.

Every body is different and starting at 1500 per day will give you a good start. If you don't lose weight in 2 weeks, go to 1400 and so forth. A body is just one big experiment when it comes to fitness.

IF works like no other if you have the will power to do it. That is how I dropped from 195 to 170s. I was at 1200-1500 net calories per day. (Mind you I was burning about 600-800 per day so I could eat more). It takes about 3-4 days for your stomach to get use to eating windows as well.

Go lower. I tested this doing (NET) 1600, then (NET of exercise) 1300 and once I got down to 1300 I watched my fat melt. If your not losing weight, keep dropping. Its your body, it will tell you when it needs less, and if your not losing, go lower.

From January - April i was doing 1 cardio session a week and lifting with it, wasn't seeing the best results. I switched in May to doing a cardio session of a hour on its own (basketball or running) and a 30min-45 min lifting session in the afternoon 4-5 days a week. I seen significant weight loss 185lbs to 177lb in just…
