I wouldn't worry about it at all. 'Guestimate' if you have to when entering the data. As long as you're consistent with your healthy eating and exercise it won't make the slightest bit of difference.

Full English - large. Usually eat a little later (brunch time) and then skip lunch.

I'd avoid such diets like the plague as they're not sustainable. Trust me, been there, done that and got the t-shirt. Calories in needs to be less than calories out. All day, everyday until you reach your target weight. Then you go into maintenance. Enjoy your favourite foods just with smaller portions and don't worry if…

I'm also plateauing at the moment despite sticking to plan. Remember that if your working out then you'll be increasing muscle mass which weighs more than body fat. Take measurements too!

I wouldn't worry about what you have at all. You didn't put weight on overnight and you didn't lose it overnight either. Go out, [try to] enjoy yourself and get back on track the next day.

Get outside and run, walk, cycle...... there's no such thing as bad weather - just bad clothing.

For me it was due to low-card diets like the Scarsdale Diet. I learnt that these diets help you shed the pounds quickly, however are impossible to maintain. Losing weight and keeping healthy is all about lifestyle. Diet (not dieting) and exercise. You need to be savvy about what you eat - understand the need for the…

Yes. It's all about averages - not just daily results.

Download the Sworkit app. It has loads of different cardio / strength routines that range from 5 mins to 1 hour (the 7 min workout is good). You can do one in the morning and one in the evening and the app marries with myfitnesspal, so you'll gain the extra calories back. Everyone has time for some exercise :)

I've downloaded the sworkit app....it marries nicely with myfitnesspal and lists loads of exercises to do at home without any gear. If you download the pro version (69p) then you get access to the famous 7-minute workout which is good, especially if you're short on time. I'm really trying to make this work as I'm refusing…
