  • YES! While I was exercising on the treadmill this past winter I would visualize myself at my ideal weight. I would look at pictures of myself when I was my ideal weight. That was 40 pounds, 11% body fat and 30 inches ago. Now, I imagine myself with toned up.

  • It also depends on WHAT you are eating. For instance, an order of fries could be over 300 calories but also an entire subway sandwich can be less than that. Which is more filling?   • My certified personal trainer told me to eat a light snack as well before working out like a luna bar, yogurt, banana, etc. Big dinners should come 1 1\2 to 2 hours before the workout or just wait until after the workout.
