Bump I will probably cook some frozen cauliflower and make a personal size pizza.....im not sure my boyfriend would go for it so I want to make one for myself and have him taste before going through the hassle of cooking one big one. I've been wanting to try this for a long time now.

I weigh myself every time I go to the bathroom....LOL...I just cant help it! I only count Tuesdays as my weigh in days though. It seems I'm always under my weight until my weigh in day ive "gained"...pretty annoying. LOL

Ive made these with carrot cake mix and two scoops of protein powder and they were 120 cals for reg size cupcakes. Last night I used sugar free devils food cake mix and they were 88 cals per cupcake before I added choc chips on top and now they're 100 cals each...YUM!

It's amazing. I was eating it for bfast everyday but not I'm hooked on english muffins LOL so now I've been eating this oatmeal for lunch (choc. peanut butter and banana) and it is SOOOO FILLING AND AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! YUM!
