On Monday's and Thursday's I do an INTENSE (really intense) hour of bootcamp and T25 Cardio was SO SO SO hard for me to do last night after bootcamp...not looking forward to Thursday...ughh!

Last day of week 1!!! So this week has been a killer for me...I've done two days of Bootcamp (EXTREME BOOTCAMP) on top of working and Week 1 of T25...but I am not going to give up!! I am going to get both workouts done today to end Week 1 with a Bang!!!

My Go-to bfast every morning is one multigrain english muffin toasted with a over-medium egg on top. Sometimes I add a slice of turkey bacon and spread some low fat cream cheese on the muffin- so delish.
