Get a whey isolate protein powder. There's a brand called PB2 I think, that is Peanut Butter powder, and they also have a PB with chocolate powder. I do a scoop of chocolate powder, 2 TBSP of the PB2, medium banana, cup of milk, and some ice and blend it up in my Ninja.

Remember its ok to eat healthy snacks in between meals to reach your calorie goal. My dietitian actually recommends I eat 3 smaller meals and 2 snacks throughout the day. I space them about 3-4 hours apart. A small snack of 100-150 calories will really help.

1200 is not very much! If you eat to little calories per day your body will go into "starvation mode" and hold onto fat in order to make up for not getting what it needs. Be sure to get at least your 1200 every day, a little more won't be that bad. Talk to your dr or dietician if you really think you should be eating less.

I was 19, had just had a c-section 3 months prior. Medicaid covered the costs of the hospital but not the surgeon. Complications involved an infection bc they used metal staples to close me up even though I had it on file I'm allergic to metal. Should have sued him.

I have found that I am losing more weight from being more sexually active. Its good cardio! But I have also noticed that I can do and handle more as I'm losing weight.
