Bump for recipes

Some people will think this is gross, but I've gotten into the habit of always adding a bit to my pasta.

Great job! I love the dress and the halter top. Keep it up!!

You look great!!
-
That's adorable!

I've lost for 10 weeks in a row. A couple were less than a pound (Easter being one of them.) As long as the scale is moving down, I'm happy.

Thanks wiglitt for the almond recipe! I've been buying the Planter's Flavor Grove Cinnamon/Chocolate combo, but those are expensive! I assume it's probably cheaper to make them your way.
-
You look great! What are you doing to lose so quickly? I'm losing about 9-10 a month and I'm pretty happy with that, but faster would be better!!

I eat a lot of protein and always eat a lot of it at breakfast. My usual breakfast is an omelette made with 1 cup of eggbeaters, 2 frozen turkey sausage links and 2 TBL reduced fat cheese on an english muffin that has 5 grams of protein. The protein total is 41 grams. Then I go shower and after that I have a protein bar…

pizza, especially the kind my hubby makes with homemade crust, cheese, peanut butter, ice cream, chocolate

I have a 9 and a half month old. I am breastfeeding (a lot-my guy is a big nurser and still nurses every 2 hours at night-lucky me!) and I've been eating healthier and reducing my intake for almost 9 weeks now. I've probably been eating less since finding MFP a few weeks ago than I was on my own when I was writing things…

You look gorgeous and so much younger! You're glowing!

I second the Fiber Plus coconut caramel bars. They taste like Girl Scout Samoa cookies! I mostly eat Powerbar Harvest or Zone Perfect bars (particularly LOVE the mint chocolate one). Did not like Clif bars.

Thanks for recommending the book. I just requested it from the library. I'm number 85 on the list, so it will be a while before I get it!

You look beautiful and so healthy! Congratulations! Your weight loss may not be as large or dramatic as some on here, but your story is still very inspiring because you stuck with it even though it didn't come fast or easy for you. My loss seems to have plateaued this week and in the past I would have probably given up…

You look so incredible!! Your starting weight and goal weight are the same as mine, so this is hugely inspirational to me. I'm even going to copy your photos so I can look at them in the future to be inspired. Congratulations on your success. I can't wait to be able to make a post like this some day.

Stress eating is probably the main thing that caused my weight gain, so I can relate. I try to tell myself that ice cream or chocolate or whatever doesn't make my problem/stress go away and that after eating it I'll still have the original problem, plus I'll have guilt over eating something that I didn't need or have…

I don't think I've EVER been able to say that, but it would be awesome!! Good for you!!
-
Congratulations!! I think Onederland is cheesy too, but I can't wait to be there!! I'm shooting for by 11/1 (my anniversary). I haven't seen a number on the scale with a 1 in front since May 2004.

You look great! Look at your cute little chin! I love your hairdo too - you look so much younger!
-
Congratulations! It's been about 7 years for me since I've been below 200. I am hoping to be there by my anniversary in November.
-
That's great! Fitting into smaller sizes is awesome.
-
sounds good! and I DO have all the ingredients already!
-
Sounds really good! Thanks for posting!

I completely identify with you. I feel like once I crossed the line from obese to morbidly obese I sort of became genderless. I feel like the average man doesn't look at me as a woman. I'm happily married, so I'm not looking for a date or anything, but it would be nice to feel attractive to the opposite sex anyhow. I think…
