Just wanted to share my before and my current picture. I am 3 1/2 months into MFP and doing well. I am half way to goal. Two of the pictures are of me and my friend and you can compare the before picture taken a few months ago and the current picture was made yesterday.

    Thank you. So hard believe it's coming off so quickly. Had to go out today and buy another size down. Felt so good to say goodbye to the plus size department. 50 more to go and I hope to be there by Christmas.

    You look great! What are you doing to lose so quickly? I'm losing about 9-10 a month and I'm pretty happy with that, but faster would be better!!

    Thanks. I haven't done anything special. I eat healthy, stay within my allowed calories, exercise and keep busy each day. You're welcome to friend me. I love the support and supporting others. I also make my food log viewable so you can see what I'm eating and supplements I'm taking.
