    Thanks everyone. I am thankful it's coming off at a nice, steady rate. I kept hearing how hard it would be to take off once I hit 40 and was expecting the weight to stick to me like glue. I'm not doing anything special. I drink lots of water, walk daily and alternate aerobics and strength training (all of this at home, no gym yet). I also take some natural supplements that can be seen on my food diary that I post daily. I am enjoying MFP and the support of all of you on this lifelong journey. Be sure to friend me if you would like to buddy up and together we'll kick some poundage to the curb!
