I am in California and we do not have any snow. A little man made but I cannot share the bunny slopes with 1000 other people. I have been cycling a lot and looking at going on a ski vacation!

It is easy, quick and you do not have to break a sweat. Just need to move and work different body parts that are static at the desk. Does not take a long time (30 seconds every hour) and will do a body good. Find what works for you and nail it! -Brian

I have been working at a desk fro the last 20 something years. One thing that I do about every hour or so is do a set of desk pushups, lunges, desk tricep dips, go for a walk around the building, do something. Sitting for long periods of time is not good for the body. Wishing you the best, -Brian

I have done meal replacement shakes and it works. It is quick and simple. Yes it is expensive, but if you are wanting quick and easy program to drop weight fast I recommend it. I did Medifast and was very happy with what it did for me. -Brian

I lost 35 in the 1st three months and kept it there for the last 2 months. I did it all myself and love the motivation that I am getting here. I have 26 to go and my plan is to keep it the same till 1/2/14 when I go extreme. Lets do this the rest of the way! -Brian
