At first I thought I have to try a place called the Heart Attack Grill. Nothing all that unusual or special on the menu though. Give me an In and Out burger every time.

I have an inexpensive Cuisinart that works fine. It blends spinach, cucumber, banana, flax and berries du jour very smoothly. Sometimes I'll throw in an avocado and/or yoghurt.

Try psyllium husk. Make sure you buy the unrefined type that is not water soluble. And check the ingredients to be sure other things are not added that you don't need. I used it every day to get back on track with regular bowel movements.

Google it and enter the information manually into the MFP database.

By accident I discovered that leftover taco meat and chopped up corned beef mixed with mac and cheese is freakin' amazing!

My gym uses spray bottles of disinfectant for the equipment. After using the treadmill one day I began spraying it down and inadvertently sprayed the woman on the next treadmill. It surprised her and she let out a little "Eek" and said she planned to shower but not until she was done working out. I apologized profusely and…

The only low carb bread type product I have found that does not require "getting used to" is Lawash Original Recipe wraps with flaxseed. Just 80 cals and 4 net carbs per wrap. I had one this morning with scrambled eggs, baby spinach and chorizo. About 6 net carbs total.

30 grams of dry roasted edamame has 8 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein.

I used to eat the Fage 2% and thought it tasted just fine. However, after trying the full fat version I am hooked! It's richer and has a more pleasing texture. The trade off in additional calories is worth it.

Tuna & Avocado work great together. I like to mash the avocado and toss with the tuna instead of mayo.

I'm no expert but I figure if it ain't broke don't fix it. We tend to get very caught up in our technology and formulas while forgetting how important it is to listen to your own body. If you are energized, making gains and losing weight you're on the right track.

Since the bar only moves vertically I'm not sure how you would perform a lunge.

I recently read an interview with Jack Lalanne when he was still alive. He worked out every day and advocated only taking a 10 second rest between sets. I think, for now, you should be OK. You may find the Thursday workout a bit more challenging especially as the weight increases.

Soft boiled and peeled very carefully. Serve over sliced avocado on multi grain toast.

Nuts, raw fruits and vegetables.

As mentioned before it makes a great substitute for mayo. Use it to make a tuna salad instead of mayo. If you mash up your avocado, put it in a container and gently cover with about 1/2" of water it will keep for 2-3 days in the fridge without turning dark.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Bob's Red Mill makes a Whey and Soy protein powder that has no additives. Neutral flavor and dissolves easily.

Check the label. 114g sounds like a lot for a single serving of oatmeal.

I ended a 48 year habit on April 2012 and used a combination of the patch and Wellbutrin. (Zyban) It is an antidepressant that helps control cravings and anxiety. My behavior was much easier to control than when I tried cold turkey or with the patch alone.

When I lived in the Caribbean we used Aloe to treat minor burns and it was very effective. Ingesting it is supposed to help with stomach issues you might have. I don't know if that has any scientific basis in fact. If you try eating it as it is it should cure you of every trying it again. The texture is pretty vile.
