I'd use the macros IIFYM gave you and track your food using MFP. That's what I did and I was good to go!

See, I still prefer home workouts for some reason. But if I did go to the gym I'd def go when it was pretty empty. Not much one for working out in public! But kudo's to you...happy ya found what works for you :smiley:

Yikes! Yeah, 1,000 a day...especially when you're active, is not healthy. I'd go minimum 1,200..nothing under. I used to be SO afraid of calories, had this mindset that less was more. Yeah the P90X3 I think was the most popular one after P90X, simply because of the 30 minute programs. I'm currently more a Shaun T fan myself (doing T25) BUT am looking forward to Tony's new program '22 Hard Corps' :) Love military style training!!

If I absolutely hate one of the workouts or it injures me everytime, then yes I swap for something similar (ie: Upper body for upper body in another program...)
