I'm ready! I only got 21 in last month but I'm training for a 10k now so hopefully I can get up to at least an average of 1 a day (to keep the doctor away)

I'm reading "It" by Steven King, "Born to Run" by Christopher McDougall (I really recommend for anyone who likes running/wants to get into it), "Barefoot Running", "First Person" which is an autobiography of Vladimir Putin, and "David and Goliath" by Malcolm Gladwell. I read a lot while I cycle at the gym. :P

I might have surpassed 100 miles as well if we counted cycling. Cycling is the best!

I'm 5'8". SW: 199.5 CW: 168 GW: 164.5 right now, but it might go down to 155. I stationary bike, run (on the final week of c25k), elliptical, and strength train (thinking of starting strong lifts!). I try to exercise 5 or 6 times per week. :)
