I stagger calories...Mon=1200, tuesday=1500 wednesday i usually have a low calorie day=800-1000 and thrusday=1200, friday=1500....you get my drift. wednesday is my only low calorie day.   • Just another note...what surface are you placing the scales on? carpet would cause this also due to the padding giving and taking. Needs to be a hard solid surface such as the kitchen or bathroom tile, vinyl etc
